For Your Information

A few things you need to know to make both of our lives easier:

It’s always best to drop off your car. I can accommodate a few waiting appointments. To help with organizing your schedule we do have a couple of loaner cars so, when you book your car, mention you need one, and we’ll do our best to make sure one is available for you.

Please make sure your car has at least a quarter of tank of fuel when dropping off for repair. Especially if test drives are required.

When dropping off you car, please bring me a note with what you’re expecting, even if we’ve talked about it, as well as your contact information.

After hours pick up is no problem. Make sure you arrange payment BEFORE the shop closes for the day.

I don’t install customer supplied parts, unless we’ve discussed it before hand.

The only payment plan we have is with project cars. Long term projects that take more than 2 weeks will have a running invoice paid in full each Friday. You’ll know how much it will be and we’ll automatically bill your credit card the outstanding balance.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, and Cash. I don’t accept personal cheques without a credit card.

The shop is closed on weekends and holidays, and between Christmas and New Years, plus any scheduled training.

Camping nearby is easy. Graves Island Provincial Park is beautiful and only a few minutes away. Camping ‘at the shop’ is NOT permitted.

Any vehicles that are here for more than 2 weeks after they are completed will be considered abandoned and will be moved to our storage lot and a $25 per day fee will be charged. Parking is always at a premium. After 50 days, the abandoned vehicle is considered surrendered and to be the property of Jeff Hogue’s European Auto Repair.

We regret that we are not able to accept any responsibility for any vehicles left on our property.
